"Misty has been doing doggy day care with Rob since early this year and has had several boarding stays. She absolutely loves him and her adventures. âWas tentative leaving my boys with anyone as have had bad experiences in the past, but someone recommended us Seren Dog Walking and thought weâd give it a try and now weâd never go anywhere else. One of my dogs is reactive and we have a strict routine for him, Rob came on walks with us to practise. Our older doggo is poorly and is on medication, Rob is taking the time to ensure he gets his medication and is keeping a health diary for us. He puts his own âDog Walkerâ tags on the boys when theyâre with him with his details, while we are out of the country, and we love receiving a stream of photos of their many adventures each day. MASSIVE thank you to Rob for taking good care of Minnie over Christmas. Rob has had Minnie (9 month old British bull dog puppy) for the last 4 nights whilst we went away. Rob is an angel. I donât say this lightly as we have struggled for so long to find a dog walker/sitter who can tailor to our boys needs. My boys are my world and I really struggle to go away on holiday without checking my phone every 5 minutes.
Our boys are polar opposites, and both have very different needs when it comes to walking-Rob knows this and has been a huge help, especially with our reactive boy Roman who often doesnât know how to socialise with other dogs due to being attacked a few times as a young pup. Being sent pup-dates every day and seeing him running around with other dogs is a huge relief for us, and I know that with Rob itâs been done in a safe and controlled manner. His partner Sarah who we met is also lovely and I can tell from the pictures that she loves cuddles with Roman (who doesnât cuddle with anyone-so I know his judgement is on point) Thank You too Sarah Dogs are therapy, and I can see that Rob loves them as much as we do, the little things really make a huge difference. He kept a medical diary for our other pup and even brought us a gift back from their trip away in Wales From the bottom of my heart thank you so much

âRob has always been attentive, caring, very trustworthy, and reliable to our Yorkshire Terrier and Parsonâs Jack Russell. He enjoys having the dogs as much as they enjoy being with him.
